What is asian-freelancers.com? We are a premier online marketplace connecting skilled professionals across Asia with businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide. We provide the tools for secure communication, project management, and guaranteed payments.
Is it free to join? Yes! Creating an account as either a Freelancer or a Client is completely free. There are no monthly subscription fees to use the basic features of the platform.

How do I get my first job? Complete your profile 100%, upload high-quality portfolio pieces, and apply to jobs with a personalized proposal. Focus on smaller tasks initially to build your rating and feedback history.
When can I withdraw my earnings? Once a Client approves a milestone, the funds are moved to your “Pending” balance. For security reasons, there is a standard 5-day security clearing period before funds become available for withdrawal to your bank or e-wallet.
What if a Client doesn’t release my payment? If you have submitted the work according to the agreement and the Client is unresponsive, you can file a Dispute. Our team will review the work submitted in the chat and manually release the funds if the requirements were met.

How do I know a Freelancer is reliable? Check their profile for the “Verified” badge, review their job success score, and read feedback from previous clients. You can also use our built-in chat to conduct an interview before hiring.
What is the Escrow system? Escrow is a legal arrangement where we hold the project funds in a secure account. The money leaves your bank but isn’t given to the freelancer until you confirm that you are satisfied with the work.
Can I get a refund? Yes. If a freelancer fails to deliver the work or if the quality does not meet the agreed-upon standards, you can request a refund through our Dispute Center.

Which payment methods do you support? We support major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Payoneer, and in certain regions, Direct Bank Transfers and USDT (Crypto).
Can I pay my freelancer directly (outside the site)? No. Paying outside the platform is a violation of our Terms of Service and will lead to permanent account suspension. More importantly, we cannot protect your money or resolve disputes if payments are made externally.
How do you protect my data? We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with PCI-compliant payment processors. Your financial data is never stored directly on our servers.
